Our Facilities

Location Stevehaven Stables is located in the rolling hills of North Fulton county northwest of Alpharetta, Ga. We are set back from the road over a quarter mile which gives riders and horses a peaceful and quiet setting. Both management and staff live on site.

Stalls, Grooming, Tack The stalls are inside a "butler" style, steel building with many large windows and doorways giving excellent ventilation. All stalls are 12x12 with full rubber mats. Each stall has a window so the horse can look out and see the goings on. Grooming stalls, a hot & cold wash rack and a large tack room are also inside. Additional wash racks are available outside.

Rings The facility includes two outside rings with all-weather footing and an indoor (not just covered) ring. All rings are regularly raked and groomed to maintain even footing. We have a variety of jumps so the horse gets lots of different looks to prepare him for what he might see at horse shows. The number of available jumps enables us to create many different courses and gymnastic exercises to develop horse and rider skills.

Turnout We have 6 paddocks: each approximately one acre in size for turn-out. All horses are turned out every day, either individually, or with a buddy.
